Ever since we started to produce our products, all our processes regarding production and management have been focussed on providing customer satisfaction by means of the requirements that are stipulated by our customers, making the efforts to satisfy their demands.
We firmly believe that natural products are the best choice and we take advantage of their qualities to elaborate our products in a meticulous way. Since November 1999, we have been creating and implanting a quality management system UNE-EN-ISO-9001, whose objective is to guarantee the quality of our products by means of the control of our production and management processes.
We carry out tests on reception, processing tests and, in collaboration with a laboratory of quality control, tests of microbiological control, PH and skin irritation test on the natural marine sponges.

All our sponges come from controlled extraction areas so as not to damage the sea bed.
In the same manner, our feathers come from farm animals and they are subject to the corresponding veterinary controls.
